This page is designed to help building connections that can lead to joint Horizon Europe grant applications.
The page lists expertise offers of research groups of Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME) with regards to specific Horizon Europe calls. The downloadable one-pager Expertise Offers outline:
the researchers’ area of expertise regarding a specific Topic,
ideas, methods and approach the researchers would bring into a consortium,
experience in liaising with industry and other stakeholders,
a short introduction of the researchers’professional background and contact information.
In case of interest please feel free to contact the researchers directly or Borbala Schenk (chief European research funding advisor).
We look forward to cooperating with you!
BME Laboratory for Semiconductor Technology offers expertise in innovative, efficient methods to harvest solar energy. Their concept can also be applied in producing green hydrogen with good energy efficiency.
HORIZON-EIC-2021-PATHFINDER CHALLENGES-01-04: Novel routes to green hydrogen production
BME Firepharma Research Group has developed and recently patented a novel manufacturing process that allows the production of highly flexible poly(lactic acid) (PLA) foams.
They are looking for a consortium as a partner for HORIZON-CL6-2022-CIRCBIO-02-03: Sustainable biodegradable novel bio-based plastics.
BME Firepharma Research Group developed and patented a novel recycling technology where the low-grade (highly degraded, unmarketable) polyester (eg. PET or PBT) fraction of PCR plastics contributes to a significant increase in impact resistance of the product (exceeding that of ABS or PA6 (30-50 kJ/m2)).
They are looking for a consortium as a partner for HORIZON-CL4-2022-TWIN-TRANSITION-01: Circular flows for solid waste in urban environment.
